Coughing, sneezing, fever are symptoms which mostly remind us of the winter, it’s that time of year where diseases such as flu and colds are more common, because the cold reduces the body’s defenses and also allows causing viruses spread more easily.
However, in summer you should also take care of colds and flu, as the change in temperature, excessive air conditioning or visiting public swimming pools are factors that may favor its development, and nothing worse than getting sick at this time the year. Therefore, although the heat is felt, we must not forget to prevent.
In summer, the incidence is lower because the temperature does not favor the spread of viruses that cause colds and flu, but we all know that excess air conditioner can allow some of these agents to survive and at the same time, lower our defenses causing an infection viral ends up sick.
