Melatonin and It’s Anti-Aging Effects

Melatonin
Recent discoveries at the University of Granada in Spain show that melatonin delays the oxidative and inflammatory effects of aging. As stated by Professor Dario Acuna Castroviejo “a daily dose from 40 years neutralized the effects of aging and increases longevity.”

As regards melatonin is widely used in sleep disorder treatments, and this hormone in the brain occurs naturally, until about 30 years.
If you want to include melatonin rich foods in your diet we recommend: corn, oats, cherries, rice and red wine.
