* 1 tbsp. olive oil
* 1 tsp. oil vitamin “E” (capsules).
Preparation:
* Heat a water bath to warm up.
* Soak your fingers in 5 minutes 1 / 2 cup warm water and then apply your oils in the cuticles, giving a gentle massage, and do not move.
