Aromatic Baths

The essential oils used in the bathroom provide great benefits and immense pleasure. The oils act with the warm water giving off their wonderful healing and beautifying properties.
The magic of oils works by relaxing body and soul. If we add a candle and soft music have the benefits of the Spa directly at home.
If you are familiar with aromatherapy and essential oils and their properties you can create your own blends. As you know each oil has unique properties and mixing with each other these properties are severe or create others. By creating your own mixes you will discover your own formulas. If you really want to have a full treatment we recommend that before you start the bathroom exfoliate dry skin with a natural bristle brush or a natural paste. Simply pass the brush through your whole body (except for the breasts and face).

Use a maximum of 10 drops (total) of oil in the combination you like. More than 10 drops can irritate the skin. If you want you can add a little base oil (unscented) to soften the water. Once you finish the bath to preserve the action of the oils can avoid using soap. Slip out of the tub and dry.
